Welcome to FOXFIND HR Consultants (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our applicant tracking system and website (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before registering.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
- We Never Ask for Money: FOXFIND HR Consultants does not charge candidates any fee for registration, profile creation, job applications, or placement services. If anyone claiming to represent us asks for money, it is a scam. Please report it immediately.
- No Job Guarantee: We do not guarantee job interviews, selection, or placement. Our Platform facilitates connections between candidates and employers; the final hiring decision rests solely with the employer.
- Fraud Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any fraudulent activities conducted by third‑party employers or recruiters. You should exercise due diligence before sharing personal information or making any payments (including to third parties).
4. Nature of Services
The Platform acts as a technology intermediary that allows candidates to create professional profiles, browse job listings, and submit applications to potential employers. We do not act as an employment agency, and we do not endorse any employer or job posting. All job listings are provided by third parties, and we make no representations regarding their accuracy or legitimacy.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing false or misleading information in your profile.
- Impersonating another person or entity.
- Uploading viruses, malware, or any malicious code.
- Scraping, data mining, or extracting data from the Platform without permission.
- Harassing, abusing, or harming other users.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to FOXFIND HR Consultants and is protected by Indian copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
7. Third‑Party Links & Employers
The Platform may contain links to third‑party websites or job postings from external employers. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third parties. You access such links at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FOXFIND HR Consultants and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of employment opportunity, emotional distress, or financial loss resulting from any interaction with employers or other users.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount (if any) you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FOXFIND HR Consultants, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Platform.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to our interests or other users. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform will immediately cease.
11. Consent to Electronic Communication
By registering, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including emails about job matches, profile updates, and administrative messages. You may opt out of non‑essential communications at any time.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Insert City, State], India. 13. Changes to Terms
